Installing Grease Lock is a simple three step process
STEP 1
Remove your existing metal baffle filters from your hood and measure your current filters. (Equivalent-sized hardware is available)
STEP 2
Once you receive your shipment for the Grease Lock® Filter System, insert one Grease Lock® filter pad into each of your Grease Lock® stainless steel filters.
STEP 3
Put the front screen on, then reinstall the filter back into your hood. Enjoy the benefits of capturing 98% of grease particulates!

Installation Process
Designed to replace traditional metal baffle filters, the system integrates seamlessly into existing hood systems - no modifications required.
The Grease Lock® Filter System is engineered for quick assembly and minimal interruption to daily operations. To assemble, remove the front screen, slide the disposable Grease Lock® filter pad into the edges of the frame, and reinsert the front screen. Once assembled, slide the unit directly into your hood. Spacer panels can be used to eliminate gaps and ensure a secure fit.
